🕊️ Story / Reflection
Sometimes people can frustrate us.
A friend may be slow.
A sibling may annoy us.
Someone may interrupt us, make mistakes, or not do things the way we want. In those moments, it can be easy to become angry, impatient, or rude.
But Jesus teaches us to be patient with people. Patience means staying calm, kind, and loving even when situations are difficult or people make mistakes.
Jesus was patient with His disciples while teaching them. He listened to people, helped them gently, and showed compassion even when others failed.
God is patient with us too. Every day, God gives us love, grace, and another chance when we make mistakes. He wants us to show that same patience to others.
Patience helps us:
With God’s help, we can learn to respond with gentleness instead of anger.

Before reacting, ask yourself: “How would Jesus respond right now?”
🌿 Sit with Jesus Moment
Sit quietly and take a slow breath.
Think about someone you sometimes struggle to be patient with.
Now softly say:“Jesus, help me respond with patience and love.”
Pause quietly for a moment. Imagine Jesus filling your heart with calmness, gentleness, and peace. Rest quietly and remember that God helps you grow in patience every day.
