📖 Bible Verse:
“Walk with the wise and become wise; associate with fools and get in trouble.” — Proverbs 13:20

🕊️ Story / Reflection

Have you ever noticed that who you spend time with affects how you act?

The Bible reminds us that our friends can either help us grow in wisdom or lead us the wrong way.

When we choose friends who love God, speak kindly, and do what’s right, we become more like Jesus. Even Jesus chose friends who followed Him and wanted to do God’s will.

True friends encourage you to pray, tell the truth, and make good choices even when it’s not easy.

Good friends help us grow wiser and closer to God. When we choose friends who love Jesus and do what’s right, we walk in wisdom and joy every day.

💡 Lesson:
Good friends help me grow closer to God and make wise choices.

🙏 Prayer:
Dear Jesus,
Thank You for giving me friends.
Help me to choose friends who love You,
and to be a good friend who shows kindness and wisdom.
Amen.

🎨 Activity (Ages 3–6):
Draw a picture of you and your friends doing something kind together.

✏️ Reflection (Ages 7–9):
Write the names of two friends who help you make good choices. Say a prayer for them today.

🕯️ Challenge (Ages 10–12):
Think about your circle of friends. Are they helping you grow in faith? Decide to spend more time with those who encourage you to follow Jesus.

🌸 Closing Thought:
Good friends make you better, not bitter. Walk with wise friends and grow stronger in God’s love!
