📖 Bible Verse:

Genesis 1:31 — “God saw all He had made, and it was very good.”

🕊️ Story / Reflection

God made the whole world—trees, birds, oceans, stars, and after creating each one, He said, “It is good.”

But when He made man… He said something even better: “VERY good!” That means your body is not a mistake.

Your height, your skin, your hair, your smile, your abilities—everything about you was carefully created by God. Your body helps you do amazing things:

✨ run, jump, laugh

✨ hug people

✨ draw, dance, explore

✨ worship God

✨ and be a blessing to others

You don’t need to look like anyone else.

You don't have to compare your body to your friends’.

You are God’s wonderful creation, and He is proud of His work!

Every part of you, from head to toe, was created with love and declared “very good”

💡 Lesson:

My body is good because God made it. I should treat it with kindness, respect, and gratitude.

🙏 Prayer:

“Dear God, thank You for making my body good and beautiful. Help me love myself the way You love me. Teach me to take care of my body and use it to glorify You. Amen.”
