ποΈ Story / Reflection
A teachable spirit is a heart that is willing to learn.
God wants us to keep learning and growing throughout our lives. He teaches us through His Word, parents, teachers, pastors, and other godly people.
Sometimes we may think we already know enough, or we may not like being corrected when we make mistakes. But a teachable person is humble enough to listen, learn, and improve.
Jesus, even as a child, listened, learned, and grew in wisdom. The Bible tells us that He grew in wisdom and favour with God and people.
Having a teachable spirit means:
When we refuse to learn, we stop growing. But when we stay humble and teachable, God can help us become wiser and stronger.
A teachable heart says:"I may not know everything, but I am willing to learn."
God loves a humble heart that is eager to learn His ways.

Take a slow breath. Now softly say: "Jesus, give me a teachable heart."
Pause quietly for a moment. Think about something God may be teaching you right now through your parents, teachers, or His Word.
Listen quietly and imagine Jesus gently saying: "Keep learning, My child. I am helping you grow."
