🕊️ Story / Reflection
Amara had just resumed at a new school. Everything felt strange — the classroom, the teachers, and especially the children.
During break time, she sat alone because she felt she didn’t belong.
One day, her teacher noticed and gently asked what was wrong. Amara said, “I feel like nobody knows me here… like I don’t belong. ”Her teacher smiled and said, “Even when people are still getting to know you, never forget you belong to God. You are His child, and you are deeply loved.” That night, Amara prayed and remembered that she was never alone.
The next day, she walked into school with confidence, knowing she belonged first to God, and then she could find her place with others, too.
Just like Amara, we may sometimes feel left out or unsure. But God’s Word reminds us that we are His children. We are chosen, loved, and we belong to Him always.
💡 Lesson
I am God’s child. I belong to Him, and nothing can change that. His love gives me identity, confidence, and a place where I will always be accepted.
🙏 Prayer
Dear God,
Thank You for loving me and calling me Your child.
Help me remember that I belong to You wherever I go.
When I feel alone or unsure, remind my heart that I am Yours.
Fill me with Your peace and confidence.
Amen.

🕯️ Challenge (Ages 10–12)
This week, whenever you feel left out, afraid, or pressured to fit in, say aloud:
“I belong to God, and that is enough.”
Let your choices reflect who you belong to — in kindness, honesty, and courage.
🤍 Sit with Jesus Moment
Close your eyes.
Place your hand on your heart.
Imagine Jesus standing beside you, smiling warmly. Hear Him say:
“You are Mine. You belong to Me. I love you always.”
Sit quietly for a minute and rest in His love.
