📖 Bible Verse:
“She gave birth to her first son, wrapped Him in cloths and laid Him in a manger.” — Luke 2:7

🕊️ Story / Reflection
When God decided to send Jesus to the world, He didn’t come as a king with a crown or a warrior with power. He came as a baby - small, gentle, and needing care.

Jesus cried, slept, grew, learned, and obeyed His parents, just like children today.

That means Jesus understands what it’s like to be young. He knows what it feels like to grow, to learn, and to need help.

By coming as a baby, Jesus showed us how much God loves children. He didn’t wait until He was grown to matter. His life was important from the very beginning.

And because Jesus once was a child, He understands you and loves you deeply.

💡 Lesson:
Jesus came as a baby, so He understands me and loves me just as I am.

🙏 Prayer:
Dear Jesus,
Thank You for coming to the world as a baby.
Thank You for understanding what it’s like to be a child.
Help me to trust You and grow to be more like You every day.
Amen.

🎨 Activity (Ages 3–6):
Draw baby Jesus in the manger. Add a heart and write: “Jesus loves me.”

✏️ Reflection (Ages 7–9):
Why do you think Jesus' coming as a baby makes Him special to children? Write or share your thoughts.

🕯️ Challenge (Ages 10–12):
Think about one way Jesus understands you today. Talk to Him about it in prayer before bedtime.

🌸 Closing Thought:
Jesus once was a baby, just like you once were — and He loves you more than you can imagine.
