Sometimes we feel happy and brave, and other times we feel scared or alone. Even then, Jesus is with us. We may not see Him with our eyes, but He is always near.
Jesus promised His friends, “I am with you always.” This means He is with you at home, at school, when you are playing, and even when you are sleeping.
Wherever you go, Jesus goes with you.
You are never alone, because Jesus is always with you.
Jesus never leaves us.
He stays with us in happy moments and hard moments.
When you feel scared or unsure, remember—Jesus is right there with you.
Dear Jesus,
Thank You for always being with me.
Thank You for staying close to me wherever I go.
Help me remember that I am never alone.
Amen.
Ask an adult to help you trace your hand on paper.
Inside the hand, draw a heart.
Say together: “Jesus is with me.”
Think about a time you felt scared, shy, or alone.
How does it help to know that Jesus was with you then?
Write or say one place where you are glad Jesus is with you.
This week, when you feel nervous or unsure, pause and whisper,
“Jesus is with me.”
Then choose to act with courage and kindness.
Sit quietly for a moment.
Take a slow, deep breath.
Imagine Jesus sitting beside you, calm and loving.
Rest in the peace of knowing He is always with you.
