🕊️ Story / Reflection
When Jesus walked on earth, He was always kind. He welcomed children, helped people who were hurting, and spoke gently even to those who made mistakes. When others were rude or unfair to Him, Jesus still chose love. His kindness showed everyone what God’s heart is like—full of mercy, patience, and care for all.
Jesus shows us that kindness is more than being nice. Kindness means caring, helping, and choosing love even when it is hard. When we see Jesus, we see how kind God is.
💡 Lesson:
Jesus is kind to me, and He wants me to be kind to others. Kindness is one way I show God’s love every day.
🙏 Prayer:
Dear Jesus, thank You for being so kind to me. Help me to speak kind words, make loving choices, and show care to others, even when it’s hard. Make my heart more like Yours. Amen.
🎨 Activity (Ages 3–6):
Draw a smiling face and decorate it with bright colours.
As you draw, say: “Jesus is kind, and I can be kind too.”
✏️ Reflection (Ages 7–9):
Think about a time when someone was kind to you. How did it make you feel? Who can you show kindness to today?
🕯️ Challenge (Ages 10–12):
Choose one person today - at home, school, or in your community, and show them kindness on purpose. It could be helping, encouraging, or listening.
🌿 Sit with Jesus Moment:
Close your eyes for a moment and take a deep breath. Imagine Jesus sitting beside you, smiling gently. Listen quietly and ask Him, “Jesus, how can I show Your kindness today?” Sit still and let His peace fill your heart.
