📖 Bible Verse “One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When He finished, one of His disciples said to Him, ‘Lord, teach us to pray.’” — Luke 11:1
🕊️ Story / Reflection The disciples spent a lot of time with Jesus. They watched Him teach, help people, and perform miracles. But there was something else they noticed — Jesus prayed often.Sometimes He prayed early in the morning. Sometimes He prayed quietly by Himself. Sometimes He prayed before making important decisions. One day the disciples asked Jesus something very special: “Lord, teach us to pray.”Jesus did not say prayer had to be complicated. Instead, He showed them a simple way to talk to God. He taught them what we now call the Lord’s Prayer, found in Gospel of Matthew 6:9–13.In this prayer, Jesus showed us how to:
Honour God
Ask for what we need
Say sorry for wrong things
Ask God to guide us
Jesus teaches us that prayer is a simple, loving conversation with God.💡 Lesson Jesus teaches me how to pray.🙏 Prayer Dear Jesus, Thank You for teaching us how to pray.
