📖 Bible Verse
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” — Romans 10:13

🕊️ Story / Reflection

Sometimes people think prayer is only for pastors, parents, or adults. But the Bible tells us something wonderful — prayer is for everyone.

Children can pray.

Parents can pray.

Teachers can pray.

People everywhere can talk to God. You don’t need special clothes.

You don’t need big words.

You don’t need to be in a church building. All you need is a heart that wants to talk to God.

God listens to every person who calls on Him.

Your voice matters to Him — no matter how young you are.

💡 Lesson

Anyone can pray. God listens to everyone.

🙏 Prayer

Dear God,

Thank You that anyone can talk to You.

Thank You that I can pray wherever I am and whenever I want.

Help me remember that my voice matters to You.

Amen.

🎨 Activity (Ages 3–6)

Say one short prayer, such as:

  • “Thank You for my family.”
  • “Help me be kind.”

After each prayer, say:

“God hears me!”

✏️ Reflection (Ages 7–9)

  1. Why do you think God wants everyone to pray?
  2. Where are some places you can pray?
  3. How does it make you feel knowing God listens to you?

🕯️ Challenge (Ages 10–12)

Today, try praying in three different places, such as:

  • At home
  • At school
  • Outside or while walking

Notice how prayer can happen anywhere.

🌿 Sit with Jesus Moment

Close your eyes.

Take a slow breath.

Whisper softly:

“Jesus, thank You that I can always talk to You.”

Imagine Jesus smiling and welcoming your voice.

Rest quietly for a moment, knowing your prayer matters to Him.
