When we speak kindly, we help others feel valued and loved. A person may forget what gift you gave them, but they often remember the kind words you spoke. This week:
Ask yourself: "Did my words build people up today?"
πΏ Sit with Jesus Moment
Sit quietly and place a hand over your mouth and another over your heart. Take a slow breath. Now softly say: "Jesus, help my words bring life and encouragement." Pause quietly for a moment. Think about someone who may need encouragement today.
Ask Jesus:"What kind words can I share with them?" Listen quietly and imagine Jesus filling your heart with kindness that overflows into your words.
Rest peacefully, knowing that your words can be a blessing and help others feel God's love.
