đź“– Bible Verse
“Kind words are like honey—sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.” — Proverbs 16:24

🕊️ Story / Reflection

Words are very powerful.

The things we say can make people feel happy, loved, encouraged, and peaceful—or sad, hurt, and discouraged.

God wants us to use our words kindly. Kind words include:

  • Saying “please” and “thank you”
  • Encouraging someone who feels sad
  • Speaking gently
  • Telling the truth with love
  • Complimenting others
  • Saying sorry when we hurt someone

Jesus always spoke with love, wisdom, kindness, and truth. Even when people were unkind to Him, He still chose loving words.

Sometimes it is easy to speak harshly when we are angry or upset. But God can help us pause, think, and choose words that bring peace instead of hurt.

Kind words can brighten someone’s whole day. When we speak kindly, we reflect the love of Jesus.

đź’ˇ Lesson

My words should bring kindness, love, and encouragement to others.

🙏 Prayer

Dear God,

Help me use my words wisely.

Teach me to speak kindly, gently, and truthfully.

Let my words encourage others and show the love of Jesus.

Amen.
