Thanking God for Creation

📖 Bible Verse

“The heavens declare the glory of God. The skies displays his craftsmanship”

🕊️ Story / Reflection

Look around you. Can you see the sky, the trees, the sun, or the animals? 

God made all these beautiful things. He created the world with care and love.

When we see flowers, feel the breeze, or hear birds sing, we are reminded of God’s power and creativity. 

Creation shows us that God is great and that He loves beauty and order. 

When we thank God for creation, we are saying, “God, I see what You have made, and I am grateful.”

💡 Lesson

God made the world, and I can thank Him for His beautiful creation.

🙏 Prayer

Dear God,
 Thank You for the world You made.
 Thank You for the sky, the land, and all living things.
 Help me to care for Your creation.
 Amen.

🎨 Activity (Ages 3–6)

 Take a short walk with your parent.
 Point out one thing God made (tree, flower, bird).
 Say together:
 “Thank You, God, for Your creation.”

✏️ Reflection (Ages 7–9)

Answer or write:

• What is your favourite part of God’s creation?
• How does nature make you feel?
• How can you take care of something God made?
  
  

🕯️ Challenge (Ages 10–12)

Choose one way to care for creation today—don’t litter, water a plant, or protect animals.
 Thank God while you do it.

🤍 Sit with Jesus Moment

Sit quietly and think about something beautiful God made.
 Thank Jesus for His creativity and care.
