đź“– Bible Verse

“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.”
 â€” Psalm 150:6

🕊️ Story / Reflection

Right now, you are breathing in… and breathing out.
You don’t have to think about it—your breath just happens.

Every breath you take is a gift from God. When God created us, He gave us life and filled us with breath. That means every moment we are alive is a reason to say thank You.

Sometimes we thank God for big things like food, toys, or answered prayers, but we can also thank Him for something we have every second—life itself.

When we thank God for our breath, we remember that He is always with us, taking care of us, even when we are quiet or asleep.

đź’ˇ Lesson

My life and every breath I take are gifts from God.

🙏 Prayer

Dear God,
Thank You for giving me life.
Thank You for every breath I take.
Help me remember that You are with me every moment.
 Amen.

🎨 Activity (Ages 3–6)
Take a slow breath in through your nose and blow it out gently through your mouth.
 Do this three times.
 After each breath, say:
â€śThank You, God, for my breath.”

✏️ Reflection (Ages 7–9)

Think and answer:

  • How does it feel to take a deep breath?
  • Why do you think breath is important?
  • How can you remember to thank God for life each day?

🕯️ Challenge (Ages 10–12)

Set a reminder today (or choose a quiet moment) to pause and take five deep breaths.
With each breath, quietly thank God for your life.

🤍 Sit with Jesus Moment

Sit quietly for one minute.
Place one hand on your chest.
Feel your breath move in and out.
 In your heart, say:
â€śThank You, Jesus, for my life.
