đź“– Bible Verse

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. For His mercies endures forever”
 â€” Psalm 107:1

🕊️ Story / Reflection

Have you ever received a gift that made you smile?

Maybe it was a hug, a meal, a toy, or kind words from someone you love. How did it make you feel?

Gratitude means noticing the good things God gives us and saying “thank You” with our words and our hearts.

God gives us many gifts every day—life, family, food, love, and even small moments of joy. Sometimes we forget to notice them, but when we stop and remember, our hearts feel happy and peaceful.

God loves it when His children notice His goodness and thank Him. Gratitude helps us see how much He cares for us.

đź’ˇ Lesson

Gratitude is choosing to notice God’s blessings and thanking Him for them.

🙏 Prayer

Dear God,
Thank You for loving me and taking care of me.
Help me to notice the good things You give me every day.
Teach my heart to always say, “Thank You.”
 Amen.

🎨 Activity (Ages 3–6)
Draw one thing you are thankful for today (family, food, toys, or nature).
 When you are done, say:
 â€śThank You, God, for ______.”

✏️ Reflection (Ages 7–9)

Answer or write:

  • What is one good thing that happened to you today?
  • How did it make you feel?
  • How can you say thank you to God for it?

🕯️ Challenge (Ages 10–12)

Today, list three things you are thankful for.
Try to thank God for them during your prayer time—without asking for anything else.

🤍 Sit with Jesus Moment

Close your eyes.
 Take three slow breaths.
Think about one thing God has given you today.
 In your heart, quietly say:
 â€śThank You, Jesus.”
